Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number provided. Orders take between 1-15 business days to be processed. Processing time depends on the items direct availability.
If your package says that it was delivered and you did not receive the item, please contact the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for items once marked delivered.
Packages are received within 1-5 business days after being dropped off with shipping carrier. If it has exceeded the maximum processing and shipping time, contact the shipping carrier for further information. We temporarily do not accept returns for items once purchased, items may be exchanged within 4 weeks of Purchase. All exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition it was prior to shipment to qualify for an exchange. Buyer is responsible for exchange shipping costs incurred.
If your item is out of stock or unavailable at the time of shipment you will be contacted through email and provided with 3 options: A Refund, An Exchange, or Store Credit.
Custom orders do not apply to the shipping policy. Custom orders take around 1-3 weeks to be processed depending on item ordered and 1-4 days for shipping.
